Airport transfers

Airport transfer

Transport is essential if you want to see the beauty of Iceland. Even the airport is many miles from Reykjavik, so you will need transport to start with.

Iceland flybus
The Flybus airport bus transfers you to and from the Airport at Keflavik (KEF) to the bus station (BSI) in downtown Reykjavik. An extra service will transfer you to selected Reykjavik HOtels. Seats are guaranteed & buses operate for every flight departure & arrival.

  • Duration: 45 minutes
  • Minibus services

These companies run mini-buses which make just a few stops at Reykjavik Hotels resulting in a shorter journey than the airport shuttle buses. Taxis are around $180 USD for a one way trip, so try these services for the same convenience at around half the price.

    Keflavik Airport direct

    WE´RE QUICK & ON TIME!

We offer a direct Airport transfer to and from Keflavík Airport (KEF) and your hotel in Reykjavík. Reserve your airport transfer here.

We leave Central Reykjavík on the hour and from Keflavik Airport at 15 minutes past each hour.

Unlike the bus services, we only use mini-buses so you don’t have to transfer to different buses for hotel transfer, this saves time and is very convenient. With a smaller number of hotel pick-ups we can go directly from central Reykjavik to the airport (or vice versa) we guarantee you a quick, simple and on-time service.

Meeting point (until 1st March): At the Hertz Car Rental Service desk to the left as you enter the arrivals hall. Our Driver wears a orange jacket marked “Airport Direct” holding a sign.

After March 1st our service desk will be in the arrivals hall and our buses will be in front of the terminal.
